The Bodywheel Method is a new movement experience that tones & stretches the body with a versatile wheel. Every 45-minute session is a continuous flow of pilates, yoga & functional fitness.

FIRST CLASS

Beginners we welcome you! Every exercise is modifiable and can be done without the wheel if it is too advanced. Class is done barefoot & and we will supply you with a wheel and mat for every class. 

PRIVATE

We deliver a unique one on one workout that perfectly suits you & your needs. Train alone or with a friend for the same price.
